We got a good response as it was rare to find software company with a manufacturing background, which we had.

We had already established a niche and it was time to add talent.

We waited for months to get the right person but when we got them they became part of the family for a long time.

Now it was time to upgrade our technology and make use of the latest available tools in the market.

Since inception 80% of our customers have been manufacturing companies in the SME sector. We have a blend of Mechanical Engineers and Software Engineers working together to create the software. We have worked on wide range of manufacturing companies from precision machining shops to welding and fabrication. From rubber extrusions to die castings, from forgings to castings... the list goes on.

Apart from the type of process we have learnt that the system also depends on who the company caters to. We have worked for mass manufacturing companies catering to aerospace, automobile, electrical etc. industries to Made-to-Order companies catering to infrastructure, construction and such project based customers. And then there are companies with their own products. We have worked with them all.

We started off as a custom made software company and over these years we have picked up the knack of designing, developing and implementing a software for any custom requirement.

Building a custom made software is a challenge as the end user may not be able to communicate his requirements the way it is required by the programmers.

It is a skill to convert a concept into a structured design which follows Best Practices. The system also needs to be easy to use. The user need not remember complex codes to access simple reports and menus.

We love these challenges and have now developed a methodology to transform idea into a working software that delivers the value.

He has assisted over 200 organizations to achieve ISO 9001 Certifications, assisted 6 organizations to achieve CE Marking and 2 organizations to achieve NABL Certification.

He has conducted over 350 mandays audit in various industries as per ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001 requirements. He has also conducted over 100 training programs on presentation skills, time management, Goal setting, communication skills, 5S, QMS, EMS and OHSAS.

He has more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting. He has been an auditing manufacturing companies and is aware of their expectations from a good financial software.

Innovia started as a engineering software and did not have a finance module. But now, under his able guidance our finance module is ready. There are many further changes that he has advised and we are keen to implement his vision.

In the coming year Innovia will have a very advanced financial module.

Nikunj has a deep passion for Information Technology and he is always updated with the latest in gadgets, software and information technology trends.

He has done his management studies and was CEO of Loyal Insurance Brokers Ltd. He was one of the first to launch online Insurance policies through his portal http://www.insureatclick.com.

He is an expert on I.T. security and has in-depth knowledge of how to make secure software systems. Innovia has always looked up to him to learn about the upcoming trends on the horizon.

Yogesh has graduated from the famous J.J. School of Architecture and is the owner of Yogakshar Studio.

An ERP application is quiet complex and Yogesh has been guiding us to make our screens simple to use and beautiful.

He believes in elegance through simplicity and is reflected in all his works.

Our Logo was also designed by him.

Each company has a distinct organisation structure and a distinct culture. Our experienced project managers study the existing documents, problem areas, culture and requirements in depths. These inputs are then passed-on to our Design Team. The design team decides upon the configuration settings appropriate for the customer. If some customisation is identified, it is designed and sent for development.

Our ERP is then set-up by tweaking the flags to suit the requirments. If there is any customisation, the development team develops and tests the modification. Finally the Project Manager installs the software on customer's server and is ready for use.

The master data is imported using our standard spreadsheet formats. Once the data is imported it is verified. The project manager then trains the users and gives them tips to use the software effectively.

Once the users are trained and data is ready, the software goes live. The software is officially handed over. The software data is then checked for consistency and quality of data entry.
